Blazing Guns

Violence may have been around since time immemorial. And these may be strange days as another millennium approaches.

But the "right to bear arms" shouldn't be a right. It should be a hard-earned privilege, granted only to those who prove they have the maturity, training and intelligence to carry a weapon.

The best gun, is an unused one.

These events occur, juxtaposed with the hell in the Balkans, where planes are arriving in Belgrade to bomb Yugoslavia.
